Cheesy Butter Chicken
Ingredients
Boneless chicken thigh | 1kg/5pcs |
Flour | 500 grams |
Margarine | 80 grams |
Chili padi, sliced | 2 nos |
Curry leaves | 5 stalks |
Evaporated Creamer | 1 can |
Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese Sauce | 100 grams |
Salt & Sugar | To taste |
STEP 1
Coat the chicken thigh with flour and deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.
STEP 2
Add margarine, chili padi and curry leaves into a pan over medium low heat. Sauté until fragrant.
STEP 3
Slowly pour in evaporated creamer while stirring.
STEP 4
Add in Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese Sauce and cook until the sauce thickens. Seasoning to taste.
STEP 5
Pour the sauce over the fried chicken chop and serve with rice or fries.
