Creamy Mushroom and Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
| Swiss Bear Carbonara Sauce Mix | 100g |
| Water | 300g |
| 10” frozen pizza base | 4 nos |
| Button mushroom, sliced | 200g |
| Cooked chicken breast, shredded | 300g |
| Mozzarella cheese, shredded | 200g |
| Basil leaves, chopped | |
| Chili flakes |
STEP 1
In a pot, bring water to boil. Turn off heat and gradually add in Swiss Bear Carbonara Sauce Mix while stirring constantly until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
STEP 2
Preheat oven to 200˚C.
STEP 3
Spread 80g of carbonara sauce onto the pizza base.
STEP 4
Top with some mushrooms, chicken and mozzarella cheese.
STEP 5
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust and cheese are nicely brown.
STEP 6
Sprinkle with chopped basil and chili flakes.
STEP 7
Repeat these steps for the remaining pizza base.
