Jalapeno BBQ Chicken Quesadilla
Ingredients
Chicken breast, shredded | 250 grams |
Red capsicum, sliced | 1 nos |
Onion, sliced | ½ nos |
Swiss Bear Smoky BBQ Sauce | 150 grams |
Jalapeno, chopped | 10 grams |
Jalapeno pickled juice | 5 grams |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 tsp |
Smoked paprika powder | ¼ tsp |
Mozzarella cheese | 100 grams |
Tortilla | 4 pcs |
STEP 1
In a pot of boiling water, add in chicken breast and cook for 15 mins or until cook through. Set aside to cool slightly and shred.
STEP 2
Sautee capsicum and onion until soften.
STEP 3
Add in button mushroom and shredded chicken. Cook for a minute then add in Swiss Bear Smoky BBQ Sauce. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens.
STEP 4
Remove from heat, add in jalapeno, jalapeno pickled juice, Worcestershire sauce and smoked paprika. Stir well.

Place a tortilla on cool pan. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on 1 side on of the tortilla, place BBQ chicken on top and top with another layer of cheese. Fold the
