Meatball with BBQ Cranberry Glaze
Ingredients
Swiss Bear Smoky BBQ Sauce | 500 grams |
Cranberry sauce | 300 grams |
Cinnamon powder | 1 tsp |
Smoked paprika powder | 1 ½ tsp |
Cumin powder | 1 tsp |
Chili flakes | 1 tsp |
Water | 100 grams |
Sugar | 1 tbsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Meatballs | 10 nos |
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a pot over a medium heat.
STEP 2
Mix well and keep stirring until it simmers.
STEP 3
Remove from heat and set aside to cool before storing in fridge.
STEP 4
Deep fry or oven bake meatball according to packaging.
STEP 5
Place 150g of cranberry BBQ glaze onto a pan and heat on medium heat. Add in meatballs and cook until the sauce thickens.
