Sweet Cheese Cake

Ingredients

Butter, softened 250 grams
Eggs 5 nos
Sugar 100 grams
Cake Flour 250 grams
Baking Powder 10 grams
Swiss Bear Golden Sweet Cheese Sauce 150 grams
Salt 2 grams
Swirl
Swiss Bear Golden Sweet Cheese Sauce 100g

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 190°C

STEP 2

In a mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and pale yellow in colour.

STEP 3

On low speed, add in 1 egg. Beat until well combine before adding the next egg, about 1 to 2 minutes after adding each egg.

STEP 4

Pause to scrape down the side of the bowl for even mixing then add in Swiss Bear Golden Sweet Cheese Sauce. Increase speed and beat for another 1-2 minutes.

STEP 5

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

STEP 6

Reduce speed to low and gradually add in flour mixture. Scrape down the side of the bowl and stir again on medium speed until well combine and smooth.

STEP 7

Transfer batter into a non-stick baking pan.

STEP 8

Drizzle extra Swiss Bear Golden Sweet Cheese Sauce around the cake and lightly swirl with a wooden skewer.

STEP 9

Bake at 180°C for 40-50 mins. Use cake tester or wooden skewer to check doneness.

STEP 10

Allow cake to cool on a wired rack before unmolding and cut.
