Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients

Swiss Bear Carbonara Sauce Mix 100g
Water 300g
Cooking cream 100g
Spaghetti 400g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Black pepper, crushed To Taste

STEP 1

Cook spaghetti as per packaging instructions. Drain and set aside. Reserve some of the pasta water.

STEP 2

In a pot, bring water to boil. Turn off heat and gradually add in Swiss Bear Carbonara Sauce Mix while stirring constantly until smooth.

STEP 3

Add cooking cream and sugar, cook over medium low heat until simmer.

STEP 4

Add spaghetti and toss vigorously to coat. Use the reserved pasta water to adjust desired consistency if needed.

STEP 5

Season with some black pepper and serve immediately while it’s hot.
